Today I am joined by Niels Caszo who currently is the Head of Digital at Syncheron in The Netherlands.

Niels is on a mission to impact 1 billion lives through his work and passions. I would consider him to be a jack of all trades – He has led the largest youth-run organization in the world (AIESEC) as its CEO, has actively worked towards improving youth leadership, is on a journey of constant transformations in his life, he is a music producer, and most recently has started a community initiative called “Nascosto” (Where they design experiences that transform people and places.)

We talk about personal transformations, reprogramming our childhood beliefs, understanding our purpose, and what it means to be a leader.
